DNR “Mows” Dogwood Lake

Department of Natural Resources employee Ron Hauser runs an aquatic weed harvester at Glendale Fish and Wildlife Area on Wednesday afternoon. The harvester was being used on the lotus pads and coontail growing in the lake.

  1. It would be nice if DNR would hire a company already in business to cut weeds for them instead of buying their own Harvestor. It sure would help out us small business men that can only cut from June 1 to Augest 31 each year. Just a thought.
